Property Inspection

We will make scheduled visits to your property to carry out status checks on your behalf. This would include checking for leaks, maintaining security integrity, testing utilities, collecting and forwarding mail, watering plants, feeding animals and anything else you may require while your home is unattended.

When you initially sign the contract with us we can prepare an inventory of your property if required, signed by both parties, so that you can leave any personal items you wish at your home without worry.

For extra peace of mind, we can take digital photographs of your property and send them to you quickly and efficiently by email.

Handyman

Our in-house handyman is available for all your planned and ad-hoc property maintenance requirements such as painting and decorating, Patio sealing, fitting new lights, outside taps, hanging pictures, blinds, bathroom accessories, heated towel rails and ceiling fans. For larger works, or specialist requirements, please contact us for an estimate.

Lost Keys

In the event that you lose or misplace your keys, or lock yourself out of the property, we guarantee to attend your premises at any time, day or night, within one hour of receiving the call. If keys have been lost, we will also provide new sets should they be required.

Specialist Contractor Service

We can eliminate the uncertainty of hiring contractors and workmen from the business directory by using our trusted suppliers. We will provide reliable, vetted contractors to respond to any property emergency and take care of any maintenance requirements, from damaged windows to defective water boilers and air-conditioning equipment. Our good relationship with our suppliers means that we can often obtain a more rapid attendance than would otherwise be possible.

Deliveries

We can arrange attendance at our clients’ property in order to grant access to contractors or to facilitate deliveries (this option is suitable for large deliveries, including furniture and appliances or collect from suppliers on your behalf and subsequently arrange for delivery to your address at your convenience.

Additional Services

• Pre-arrival groceries & supplies: from a carton of milk for your arrival to a full shop for the duration of your stay
• Booking golf tee times at local courses or arranging transport to and from airports
